Job summary

HSAG is recruiting an Analytics Coordinator III to lead analytic projects within the Data Science & Advanced Analytics division. You will coordinate tasks from planning through reporting, ensuring timelines, quality, and client communication are maintained.

The role involves developing work plans, maintaining project files, and supporting client teleconferences. Requires a Bachelor's in a healthcare-related field and 2+ years of relevant experience; Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or healthcare-related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of work experience preferred.
• Excellent English/communication skills (spelling, composition, grammar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral part of HSAG’s Data Science & Advanced Analytics division.
• Coordinate analytic project management tasks, including communication, coaching, and training.
• Prepare support documents and assist with deliverables using appropriate mechanisms.
• Develop and adhere to analytic project time and task schedules; identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Maintain, tag, and sort documents on SharePoint team sites per governance rules.
• Represent HSAG professionally and ensure timely, accurate project reporting.
