Job summary

Swoop is seeking a Manager, Healthcare Analytics to lead end-to-end analyses across claims, SDOH, pharmacy, and user content. You will define questions, build cohorts, write SQL, QA results, and deliver actionable insights.

You will mentor teammates, develop reusable analytics blocks, and partner with sales, client strategy, and ad ops to optimize healthcare marketing outcomes using AI tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data and the healthcare industry.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL with cloud platforms.
• Ability to turn loosely defined questions into defensible analyses.
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.
• Excellent communication for nontechnical and senior audiences.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing others’ work.
• Familiarity with healthcare marketing and pharma insights.
• Proficiency in Python, notebooks, and Git for reproducible analyses.
• Curiosity and passion for healthcare innovation.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Own healthcare analyses end to end—from question to delivered answer.
• Partner with sales, client strategy, and ad ops to shape the question.
• Build reusable analytics blocks: codesets, definitions, templates, docs.
• Design patient and HCP audience segments from real-world data.
• Present client-ready deliverables: landscape, dynamics, payer, patient journey.
• Measure and report impact of campaigns and community initiatives.
• Apply AI tooling to accelerate analysis and sharing.
• Identify new methodologies and data sources.
