Job summary

Swoop Inc. is seeking a Manager, Healthcare Analytics to lead end-to-end healthcare analyses across claims, SDOH, and UGC.

You will own the workflow from question to deliverable, mentor teammates, and set standards for analytic rigor within the Product Innovation Team. You will design cohorts, define metrics, and build reusable templates while partnering with sales and strategy to shape client questions and drive actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare data (claims, diagnosis, treatment).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL with large data sets and cloud platforms.
• Ability to turn loosely defined requests into defensible analyses.
• Experience with data visualization tools and storytelling with data.
• Excellent communication for nontechnical and senior audiences.
• Mentoring or reviewing others' analytical work.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical/life sciences/healthcare marketing work.

Responsibilities

• Own healthcare analyses end to end from question to delivered answer.
• Partner with sales, client strategy, and ad ops to shape the question.
• Build reusable building blocks for analytics (codesets, definitions, templates).
• Design patient/HCP audience segments from real-world data.
• Turn analysis into client-ready deliverables with insights and recommendations.
• Measure and report impact of campaigns and engagement initiatives.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and sharing of results.
• Identify new data sources and analyses for business opportunities.
