The candidate will develop program value, track outcomes, and present opportunities to partners, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and dashboard development in Tableau/Power BI/R Shiny.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health, Economics, Mathematics/Actuarial Sciences or related area.
• Master’s degree in related field preferred.
• 5 years of Medical Economics, Healthcare Analytics, Informatics and/or Actuarial Services in health care payer sector.
• Strong coding background (R, R Shiny, Python, SQL).
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or R Shiny.

Responsibilities

• Develop the value of medical cost programs and track outcomes.
• Provide strategic insights into emerging medical cost trends.
• Present analytics insights to key business partners with clear visuals.
• Coordinate savings opportunity projections and post-implementation measurements.
• Demonstrate data-driven analytics across large datasets using SAS/SQL and BI tools.
