Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking an analytics professional to partner with hospital and physician stakeholders. This role analyzes financial, operational, and clinical data to explain trends and quantify drivers, delivering executive summaries and strategic insights.

The incumbent will use SQL, Tableau, and ETL tools to deliver ad-hoc analyses and cross-functional collaboration, driving performance improvements and data-driven decisions within a complex health system.

Qualifications

• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to analyze large data sets and extract strategic insights
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, and ETL tools preferred
• Healthcare or clinical operations experience is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Master's degree in related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Create and present executive-level summaries of major analytical projects.
• Analyze volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by finance leadership.
• Work with hospital and physician organizations to support initiatives.
• Support data governance and data quality in analytics.
