• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across the organization.
• Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Alteryx or other data wrangling/ETL tools.
• R, Python, or other statistical/programming tools.
• 3 years in a clinical setting or understanding hospital/physician operations.
