Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• ~3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Proficient in SQL; Tableau or other data visualization tools; ETL tools like Alteryx.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analytics on volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain financial results.
• Explain trends and quantify value of key drivers; provide context with operational/clinical data.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses on topics from business trends or leadership requests.
• Create and present executive-level summaries of major analytic projects.
• Analyze variances vs budget/forecast/prior year and identify improvement opportunities.
