Highmark Health is seeking a Financial Analyst to perform financial and business analysis, including forecasts, trend analysis, and reporting. You will develop and maintain spreadsheets/databases and present findings to management.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments and project leadership for special analyses. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in Accounting/ Finance, proficiency with Excel/Access and Power BI, and strong relationship-building and strategic thinking skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience as determined by the company
• 5-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance
• Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access
• Experience with Power BI
• Strong relationship building skills
• Ability to think strategically and act proactively to create trust with business units

Responsabilidades

• Prepare forecasts and analysis of financial reports, records and trends
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases for analysis and reporting
• Conduct financial analyses and document findings for management
• Lead special financial projects and ad hoc reporting
• Coordinate project activities to meet deadlines and deliverables
• Communicate status and results to management
