Job summary
Austin Regional Clinic seeks an execution-focused Technology & AI Transformational Program Manager to build our AI governance framework and lead the rollout of high-priority AI initiatives in healthcare.
You will bridge business objectives with regulatory requirements, establish policies for data privacy and security, manage projects end-to-end, and collaborate with clinicians, IT, compliance, legal, and executive stakeholders to drive safe, scalable adoption and measurable benefits.
Qualifications
- Two+ years in technical program management, IT governance, or data strategy with AI compliance experience.
- Experience drafting corporate tech policies and evaluating AI/SaaS third-party risk.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, CMS requirements, and healthcare data protections.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI and emerging tech projects, managing timelines and cross-functional deliverables.
- Develop AI governance policies, data privacy, security, and ethical usage standards.
- Coordinate with clinicians, IT, data analytics, compliance, legal, EMR and executives to drive adoption.
- Monitor KPIs, risks, dependencies, budgets and benefits realization.
- Educate leadership on AI capabilities, risks, and best practices.
