Job summary
Austin Regional Clinic is seeking an execution-focused Technology & AI Transformational Program Manager to build our AI governance framework and lead the rollout of high-priority AI initiatives. The role bridges business objectives, compliance requirements, and technical execution to ensure safe, scalable adoption across the organization.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with clinicians, operations, IT, data analytics, compliance, and executive stakeholders to drive measurable improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Healthcare Administration/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in technical program management, IT governance, or data strategy with AI experience.
- CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end AI and emerging technology projects, managing timelines, vendor integrations, and cross-functional deliverables.
- Develop AI governance framework and policies, including data privacy, security, and ethics.
- Collaborate with clinicians, IT, compliance, legal, EMR, and leadership to ensure safe, scalable AI adoption.
