MHK is seeking a hands-on Manager, Consulting Services to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering enterprise care management solutions. You will direct technical implementation, oversee integrations (REST, SOAP, HL7 FHIR), and partner with customers, internal teams, and vendors to enable AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Technical Consulting, Solution Consulting, Systems Integration, or Software Implementation in healthcare tech.
• Strong SQL and relational db skills; REST/SOAP; HL7 FHIR, X12, EDI.
• Familiarity with enterprise security (SSO, SSL/TLS, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect) and cloud (AWS).
• Experience with AI/Generative AI/LLM-enabled technologies.
• Proven customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify risks and dependencies; drive on-schedule customer outcomes.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management; build capacity plans.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve productivity and delivery quality.
• Provide solution direction through customer lifecycle and own deployment planning.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor on interoperability standards and emerging tech.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical and data issues; document artifacts.
• Define target-state architecture and plan migrations with minimal disruption.
