Job summary

Attuned Intelligence is a fast-moving team building AI-powered voice agents for community health centers and health systems. We design prompts, conversation flows, and tool integrations that streamline patient intake, navigation, and care access.

As a hands-on AI solutions engineer, you will translate customer requirements into reliable agent capabilities, prototype new features, and collaborate with platform engineers to scale workflows across the Attuned platform.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on experience building LLM-based agents, conversational experiences, or workflow automations with concrete examples.
• Experience with voice AI, conversation design, speech recognition, or text-to-speech systems.
• Strong writing and structured reasoning: turn ambiguous requests into clear instructions, decision logic, and success criteria.
• Practical programming or scripting ability with comfort using APIs, JSON, version control, and logs to build and debug workflows.
• Ability to investigate issues, reproduce problems, and validate fixes against user experience.
• Experience with agent tool calling, evaluation frameworks, or automated scenario testing.
• Customer implementations or technical support translating real-world requirements into working software.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve AI agents for healthcare customers.
• Translate customer requirements into prompts, conversation flows, and tool integrations.
• Prototype new capabilities and test complete experiences against realistic scenarios.
• Validate solutions by reproducing failures and distinguishing prompt/configuration issues from model issues.
• Drive ongoing customer outcomes by implementing agent improvements and identifying reusable capabilities for the product roadmap.
