Job summary

Nitra is seeking a highly technical Forward Deployed Engineer to scale our AI platform for healthcare practices. You will partner across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to secure technical wins, drive successful implementations, and advocate for customers throughout the lifecycle.

You will translate complex software capabilities into business value, design repeatable deployment processes, and help shape the product roadmap.

Qualifications

5+ years in Solutions Engineering or related field.
Experience leading SaaS deployments from discovery to production launch.
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent technical experience.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, solution design, product demos, proofs of concept, and implementation planning.
Be the technical expert during engagements, showing how Nitra's AI platform drives value.
Lead customer implementations from kickoff to production launch.
Drive adoption by optimizing workflows and long-term value.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to influence roadmap decisions.
Create scalable implementation playbooks, docs, and onboarding guides.
Troubleshoot issues and resolve complex customer challenges.
