Job summary

Attuned Intelligence seeks an hands-on AI Solutions Engineer to build and improve agents for healthcare customers. You will translate customer needs into reliable agent capabilities, crafting prompts, conversation flows, and tool integrations to improve patient access and reduce admin work.

You’ll collaborate with platform engineers to prototype new capabilities, test end-to-end experiences, and create reusable solutions across the Attuned platform for multiple customers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience building LLM-based agents or related workflows.
• Experience with voice AI, conversation design, or speech tech.
• Strong writing and structured reasoning to turn requirements into clear instructions.

Responsibilities

• Build and validate customer solutions by designing prompts, flows, and tool integrations.
• Test and prototype new agent capabilities with platform engineers.
• Test and troubleshoot systemically to reproduce failures and verify fixes.
• Drive customer outcomes by measuring task completion and efficiency while preserving privacy.
• Contribute reusable capabilities and roadmap recommendations from customer learnings.
