Luma Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to energize the sales process with compelling demonstrations of our AI-powered patient engagement solutions. You will engage with healthcare organizations, articulate technical value, and tailor demos to Epic/Cerner/athenahealth environments.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and field teams to ensure integrations with HL7/FHIR APIs and to drive growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• 5+ years as Sales Engineer in healthcare tech
• Strong demo and presentation skills across clinical/IT stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI-powered voice and messaging products is a plus
• Experience with patient access/engagement workflows and RFP/RFI responses

• Map current-state workflows to product value and respond to RFIs/RFPs
