Job summary

Opmed.ai in Cambridge, MA is seeking an experienced technical product manager to translate healthcare client needs into actionable software solutions. You will guide pre-sales discovery, define requirements, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to implement tailored configurations and extensions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure feasible, measurable outcomes and drive adoption through go-live and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

6+ years in technical product management or similar roles.
Strong product thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to tailor solutions using existing platforms vs new development.
Experience delivering web apps, data pipelines, and AI-powered workflows.
Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and software integrations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business; MBA preferred.
Healthcare IT familiarity is a plus (Epic).

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing discovery during pre-sales and implementation, engaging stakeholders to map workflows and define outcomes.
Translate client needs into tailored solutions using Opmed capabilities, configuring or extending as needed.
Define functional requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria for each solution.
Collaborate with FDEs throughout development, clarifying requirements and adjusting scope.
Lead demonstrations, support proposals, and assist with user acceptance testing and go-live.
Coordinate with FDSs, Product, R&D, and delivery teams to align on needs and feasibility.
Identify recurring needs and gaps, sharing insights with Product for future evolution.
Contribute to knowledge and tools, building frameworks and domain expertise on clinics workflows.
