Morgan Pinnacle Group is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to scope, build, and deploy AI agents directly within major healthcare systems. You will work with clinicians and engineers to translate real‑world workflows into production‑ready solutions, owning projects from kickoff through deployment and iteration.

This in‑office San Francisco role requires 1–6 years in the field, strong Python, React/TypeScript, Rust, and cloud tooling experience, with hands‑on clinical environment exposure.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in full‑stack software engineering or related role.
• BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering or STEM.
• Strong Python proficiency for backend development.
• Frontend experience with React and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with Rust.
• Infrastructure and cloud tooling, including Kubernetes and AWS.
• Hands‑on production software with LLMs, AI agents, or AI workflows.
• Experience working directly with customers to translate problems to software.
• Ability to scope, build, deploy and iterate end‑to‑end solutions.
• Willing and able to work in‑office in San Francisco 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clinicians and healthcare stakeholders to understand workflows and problems.
• Translate clinical needs into AI powered applications and agents.
• Build and deploy AI agents end‑to‑end with evaluations.
• Develop customer‑specific features and integrations for the platform.
• Collaborate across backend, frontend, AI, and infrastructure to deliver solutions.
• Integrate solutions into complex healthcare environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and iterate based on feedback.
• Iterate on deployed solutions guided by clinical guidelines and requirements.
• Partner with engineering, product, and customers throughout implementation.
