Job summary

You will design semantic layers powering BI and agent reasoning, implement guardrails for AI data contracts, and optimize performance across Snowflake and vector stores. Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years in data engineering, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with Snowflake, unstructured data, and vector search technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years in data engineering or data platform roles with hands-on delivery.
• Strong SQL and Python; experience with Snowflake and cloud data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the AI context platform and end-to-end pipelines.
• Design and operate data pipelines at scale across Snowflake and vector infrastructure.
• Implement semantic layers and data contracts for AI inputs.
• Enhance retrieval quality with advanced search strategies and metadata filtering.
• Ensure reliability, monitoring, and cost optimization; document datasets and indices.
• Travel as needed up to 4 times per year.
