Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Full Stack Lead Engineer to guide the technical direction of Market Insights analytics platform, from data layer to UI. You will embed AI capabilities, lead a team of engineers, and partner with product management, data engineering, and data science to accelerate AI-enabled analytics delivery.

Responsibilities span front-end to data layer, AWS-based architecture, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience across full stack
• 3+ years leading or mentoring engineers
• Experience applying AI/ML in production analytics or data products
• Strong front end: TypeScript, JavaScript, React
• Strong back end: Python and analytics/API development
• Relational databases and SQL proficiency
• Experience with AWS data services (Lambda, S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena)
• IaC and cloud tooling (CloudFormation, CDK)
• Git and CI/CD practices
• Agile software delivery and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Full stack product development across front end, APIs, and data layer
• Set architecture for scalable, secure AWS-based analytics solutions
• Collaborate with product on roadmap and feature delivery using Agile
• Embed AI capabilities: predictive models, natural language interfaces, generative features
• Move ML models from prototype to production services with data scientists
• Evaluate LLM-based tools with data privacy and healthcare compliance in mind
• Design and maintain ETL/data pipelines for dashboards and models
• Work with cloud data services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, Athena)
• Uphold data governance and healthcare data handling standards
• Lead and mentor engineers, set engineering practices and delivery processes
• Communicate progress and risks to leadership and stakeholders
