Job summary

South Florida Community Care Network, LLC is seeking an AI Architect to design, implement, and govern AI systems across the organization. You will ensure performance, availability, and security while aligning AI strategies with health plan regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in AI/ML, 3+ years in AI architecture, and proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). A hybrid work setup is offered along with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years in AI/ML system development and management.
• Minimum 3 years in AI architecture design, model deployment, and data engineering.
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Azure AI Services).
• Strong familiarity with cloud services such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage AI systems meeting performance and security standards.
• Analyze organizational needs and maintain AI solutions.
• Ensure AI system performance, availability, and security at all times.
• Develop and maintain AI architectures and data structures.
• Implement backup and recovery plans for data integrity and availability.
• Collaborate with development team to optimize AI model usage.
• Provide technical support and guidance for AI system issues.
• Prepare and present reports on AI status and strategy to senior management.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging AI technologies and tools.
• Develop AI governance policies and best practices.
• Mentor team members on AI/ML concepts and tooling.
• Design data pipelines and ETL processes to support model training.
