Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Biostatistics, Computer Science.
• 1+ year of experience in healthcare analytics, health services research, or related analytical discipline; 3+ years preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare data and performance measurement concepts (claims, provider reporting, quality measures, cost/utilization).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate analyses into insights.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies and approaches.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to business partners; strong writing and verbal skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Python, R, Power BI, Tableau preferred.
• Exposure to provider performance measurement, attribution models, or quality frameworks is a plus.
• Experience in payer/provider healthcare environment is preferred.
• Exposure to predictive analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-enabled healthcare analytics solutions and define business requirements for tools delivering cost, utilization, and quality insights.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and AI/ML teams to translate needs into analytics capabilities.
• Review AI outputs to ensure alignment with methodologies and definitions.
• Participate in testing and validation; document issues and evaluate solution compliance.
• Analyze impacts of methodological changes on provider performance and analytics outputs.
• Compare current vs. proposed methodologies to assess differences and trends.
• Provide domain feedback to improve solution quality and usability.
• Identify data quality concerns and escalation when needed.
• Prepare clear analyses, summaries, and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
