Kansas City Orthopaedic Institute is seeking an experienced Hospital Admissions Supervisor to lead the admissions team across Urgent Care, MRI, Rehab locations with cross coverage for Surgery and Pain Admissions.

The role blends hands-on supervision with leadership, focusing on exceptional service, efficient operations, staff development, and adherence to organizational standards. This full-time position requires flexibility to cover early and late shifts, weekdays and weekends.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years in healthcare admissions or patient access preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred; rehabilitation or outpatient settings desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise admissions staff across locations.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Ensure staffing coverage and scheduling across shifts.
• Prepare reports, payroll documentation, and performance metrics.
• Maintain policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with hospital departments and leadership.
