Job summary

NKC Health in North Kansas City is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support administratively and clinically in a busy outpatient setting. You will oversee patient flow, triage, and daily operations while promoting collaboration among physicians, nurses and staff.

The role requires clinical experience with medical assisting or nursing background, BLS, and leadership abilities; you will also participate in staff scheduling, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved certified program of medical assisting.
• Current Certified/Registered Medical Assistant certification required; LPN licensure preferred.
• 4 years of experience in a physician office setting; supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist Practice Manager in daily clinical and operational tasks, including staff scheduling and provider clinic schedules.
• Participate in talent life cycle activities: recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, performance management, and timekeeping.
