Miller's Health Systems in Indiana is seeking an Admissions Director to lead the marketing and admissions functions for the building. You will establish relationships with physicians, discharge planners, families and referral sources, and manage all inquiry calls and admission paperwork in line with policy and state and federal regulations.

• Marketing presentations to groups in the community
• Sales/marketing experience with formal sales training preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred

Mansioni

• Process all inquiry calls from hospitals, physicians, families and prospective residents.
• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, discharge planners, attorneys, insurance agents, community leaders, senior organizations, and other referral sources.
• Monitor inquiry, admission and census trends; prepare monthly inquiry summary reports and related sales tracking reports.
• Conduct marketing presentations to groups such as Kiwanis, Rotary, Ministerial Association, AARP, etc.
• Attend all mandated meetings and inservices.
• Complete all selectronic inservices as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director/Administrator.
• Conduct marketing presentations to educate the general public about services offered.
