Aspire Physical Recovery Center at Hoover is hiring an Admissions Assistant to support referrals, prepare admission paperwork, and coordinate with families for a smooth transition into rehabilitation care.

Ideal candidates have healthcare administrative or related experience, excellent communication, and strong organization. The role offers full-time hours at our Hoover, Alabama location with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate degree preferred in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare admissions or related roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Assist with incoming referrals and potential admissions.
• Gather and organize clinical, demographic, and admission paperwork.
• Communicate with hospitals, case managers, referral sources, patients, and families.
• Assist with insurance verification and authorization follow-up as assigned.
• Prepare admission packets and required paperwork.
• Coordinate admission information with nursing, therapy, and other departments.
• Track referrals, admission status, and required follow-up.
• Assist with facility tours, inquiries, and prospective patient visits.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential patient information.
• Support the Admissions and Marketing team with administrative duties.
• Help ensure patients and families receive a welcoming, organized admission experience.
