Aspire Physical Recovery Center at Hoover is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our admissions team in Hoover, AL. This full-time role focuses on admissions assessments, care coordination, and ensuring patients and families feel welcomed as they transition from hospital to rehabilitation.

Flexible schedule options include Monday-Friday or four 10-hour shifts, with competitive RN pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused.
• Hospital, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Previous admissions nursing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial nursing assessments for new admissions.
• Review hospital records, physician orders, and clinical documentation.
• Identify patient care needs and initiate appropriate care plans.
• Coordinate with nursing, physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist with medication reconciliation and admission orders.
• Complete accurate, timely admission documentation.
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure a smooth transition.

Aspire Physical Recovery Center at Hoover is seeking a compassionate, organized Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Admissions Nurse.

In this specialized role, you'll complete admission assessments, coordinate care, and help patients and families feel welcomed and supported as they transition from the hospital into rehabilitation.
