Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Marketing or related field.
• Associate’s degree with three years experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-admission and admission processes with patients and families.
• Verify patient room readiness and support transition after admission.
• Maintain contact with families and participate in the center’s IDT for navigation needs.
• Develop partnerships with healthcare partners to deliver appropriate care.
