Descripción del empleo

About The Role

The role owns the operational backbone of a growing healthcare technology organization: overseeing compliance, staffing coordination, budgeting, and day-to-day administration across a distributed, remote-first workforce.

This position matters because US healthcare operations carry high regulatory stakes — HIPAA, CMS requirements, payer contracts, and multi-state licensure. The administrator ensures the organization scales without compromising compliance, cost discipline, or employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including facilities coordination, vendor management, and procurement for a remote-first organization
  • Ensure organizational compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state healthcare regulations; maintain documentation and lead internal audits
  • Manage operating budgets, track departmental spend, and produce monthly variance reports for leadership
  • Coordinate credentialing, licensure, and onboarding workflows for clinical and non-clinical staff across multiple states
  • Partner with HR and legal on policy development, employee relations issues, and benefits administration
  • Implement and administer operational systems (HRIS, scheduling, and workflow tools such as Workday, ADP, or Monday.com)
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on operational KPIs — headcount, cost per hire, compliance completion rates — for executive review
What We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years in healthcare administration, operations, or practice management within the US healthcare system
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA, CMS regulations, payer contracting, and multi-state employment compliance
  • Experience administering HRIS and workflow platforms (Workday, ADP, Epic, or comparable)
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; MHA or MBA preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing budgets of $1M+ and negotiating vendor contracts
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders remotely
  • Bonus: FACHE candidacy, experience supporting clinical operations in a funded health-tech startup, or familiarity with value-based care models
