Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Current Nursing Home Administrator licensure in Colorado (NHA).
• Minimum 2+ years in Skilled Nursing Facility or similar healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the SNF, including staff, residents, and families.

• Oversee daily operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility, including managing staff, residents, and families
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional resident care and services
• Manage budgets, authorize expenditures, and supervise financial transactions
• Ensure timely and effective communication with residents, families, and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and facility operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field

• Strong leadership and management skills with experience in supervising healthcare teams
