• Assists patients with sign-up for MyChart and encourages its use for communication with McLeod Health.
• Coordinates and schedules all appointments, including office or hospital surgery center as applicable.
• Manages same-day appointment expectations and follows up on all communication.
• Pre-registers patients and completes tasks before arrival, including pre-registration functions.
• Identifies copays and balances, collects payments, and liaises with SBO on billing questions.
