Job summary

Nationwide Children’s Hospital is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support a Section Chief or VP. You will schedule appointments, coordinate events, and manage travel logistics, including air reservations, hotels, and car rentals, while preparing itineraries aligned with NCH standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years administrative experience preferred, healthcare environment may be desired.
• Ability to schedule appointments and meetings, coordinate events and travel arrangements.
• Excellent customer service and adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments and meeting locations and coordinates events.
• Manages travel arrangements including air reservations and hotel/car rental; prepares itineraries.
• Processes reimbursement requests and handles internal/external inquiries.
• Creates moderately complex correspondence, spreadsheets and visual presentations.
• May assist in training and orientation of colleagues.
