Job summary

Qualifications

• Work Experience Required - 5 years experience in business, a year of which should be directly related to accounts payable function.
• Preferred - Supervisor experience and experience in Health Care Pay Transparency.

Responsibilities

• Determines monthly and year-end accrual of un-invoiced liabilities.
• Determines that payments agree to quantity, unit cost and other terms of agreement.
• Edit check due dates on accounts payable system.
• Filing of paid invoices.
• Insures all payments are timely and that the invoices are PAID ONLY AS DUE and not before.
• Maintains proper accounts payable system which matches vendor invoices with receiving through materials management system.
