Job summary

HOPCo, a Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company, seeks an Accounts Payable Clerk at its Corporate Headquarters to support vendors, physicians and internal teams.

You will manage invoices, code expenses, and maintain vendor records using D365 or Coupa, while ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

The role requires at least two years of AP experience and a high school diploma; some travel within the community may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with D365 and COUPA preferred.
• Knowledge of accounts payable practices.
• Excel and accounting software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains effective communication with physicians, employees and outside vendors.
• Prepares weekly payables run.
• Processes invoices for correct account information and dollar amounts.
• Vendor set up and maintenance.
• AP invoice matching & scanning vendor invoices.
• Responds to vendor inquiries and processes correspondence.
• Process employee expense reports.
• Interfacing with locations to ensure proper coding and accounting for services.
