Qualifications

• Five years of work experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or general accounting.

Responsibilities

• Performs a full range of accounts payable activities including invoice monitoring and resolution of PO/Non-PO invoices and patient refunds.
• Maintains approval queues and routes invoices for approval.
• Performs reconciliation of accounts payable detail and vendor master to the general ledger.
• Assists with sales/use tax review and processing of 1099s.
• Provides customer services support to vendors and facility departments.
• Adheres to safety and confidentiality standards.
