Job summary

Americhem seeks an Account Manager – Healthcare to drive revenue growth by managing large resin producer accounts and guiding sales within the organization. This role requires a technically strong professional with an engineering background in Plastics or Materials Engineering, able to translate customer needs into actionable product directions.

You will build strong relationships through regular engagement, collaboration with internal teams, and proactive communication to meet volume growth,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Materials or Plastics Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
5+ years of experience in account management, business development, inside sales or technical sales within plastics/polymer manufacturing.
Experience with CRM tools and managing a high volume of accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

Engage customers via in person visits, phone, email, and virtual meetings to maintain active relationships.
Develop “high, wide and deep” relationships with customers.
Meet commercial KPIs including volume growth and on-time payments.
Provide technical guidance and material recommendations based on customer requirements.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D, and operations to follow up on leads and campaigns.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
