POS Professional Office Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager focused on the healthcare industry to support current clients, onboard new accounts, and grow district sales across Colorado, Utah, and Arizona.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic marketing input, and coordination across POS departments to deliver patient-focused outcomes and maximize client success.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in inside/outside sales, project or account management preferred.
• Agency, marketing, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong client-relations skills.
• Salesforce (CRM) software experience a plus.
• Must be a self-starter with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Service an existing book of business.
• Grow new business with existing clients through monthly recall.
• Prospect new clients via mailings, e-marketing, events, cold calls.
• Offer marketing and strategic ideas to support client needs.
• Maintain knowledge of healthcare and marketing industries.
• Document sales funnel in the CRM.
• Oversee projects from order to client fulfillment.
