Job summary

BoomRx is seeking an Account Executive in Boca Raton to drive new medical practice accounts and convert them into long-term partnerships. You will conduct high-volume outbound outreach, present the BoomRx platform, and guide prospects through onboarding, while collaborating with internal teams to foster adoption and growth.

Ideal candidates are confident on the phone, goal-driven with a commission-based compensation structure, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development roles is required.
• Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls and start conversations with new prospects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional interaction with medical providers and practice admins.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new medical, wellness, telemedicine, and medical spa markets.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective practices.
• Identify decision makers and build relationships with providers and practice owners.
• Understand prospect ordering processes and needs to position BoomRx.
• Present BoomRx, explain value, and move prospects through onboarding and first order.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline; meet outreach and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with account management, operations, and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding.
