Job summary

MDB Health Services is seeking a motivated Account Executive to manage accounts in San Antonio and surrounding areas. The role involves retaining and developing client relationships while contributing to the growth of services offered.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in communications or marketing, combined with excellent presentation skills and a positive attitude. This position may require travel for client meetings, strategy reviews, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related fields.
• Must maintain a current driver’s license and able to travel.
• Preferred experience of 2 years of communications/marketing experience.
• Outstanding written communication and presentation skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Ability to learn CRM and other computer programs.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
• Independent, organized, and motivated to work.

Responsibilities

• Retain current accounts and develop new accounts in the assigned territory.
• Connect and maintain relationships with Corporate Management Companies.
• Conduct weekly strategy meetings with the Business Development and Exec. Team.
• Travel for face-to-face client visits; some overnight travel is expected.
• Train and educate new LTC staff on MDB referral process.
• Market and coordinate new lines of service in facilities.
