Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking an Account Executive to grow referrals and convert them into admissions across our Texas service areas. You will build strong partnerships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other providers, promoting home health services and guiding providers through eligibility and payer options.

The role requires superb relationship-building, healthcare sales experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success in healthcare sales, preferably within home health, hospice, or post-acute care.
• Strong understanding of home health eligibility, referral processes, and payer source requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources across the territory.
• Present and promote home health services, emphasizing eligibility and payer options.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert referrals into admissions.
• Educate healthcare providers on coverage, regulations, and admission criteria.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth admissions.
• Attend meetings and consistently meet monthly admission goals.
• Maintain records in CRM and report outcomes.
