Uniguest is seeking an Account Executive – Healthcare to grow our presence in the acute-care hospital market. This role focuses on building relationships with hospital leadership and managing complex opportunities from prospecting through close.

You will navigate multi-stakeholder purchasing, collaborate with Sales Engineering and Product, and maintain a strong pipeline across hospitals and health systems. Travel within the territory is required to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B technology or healthcare sales.
• Experience selling to hospitals, health systems, or IDNs.
• Ability to navigate a long, consultative sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with hospitals and health systems.
• Build relationships with IT, clinical leadership, patient experience and execs.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Understand customer challenges and position Uniguest solutions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
• Represent Uniguest at meetings, industry events and trade shows.
• Stay informed on healthcare technology trends and patient engagement.
