Job summary

Hyland, a leader in content services, is seeking an Account Executive for Healthcare. This remotely-based role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare customers and partners, identifying strategic opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that address hospital and health system needs.

You will drive enterprise revenue growth through proactive engagement with C-suite stakeholders and clear, data-driven forecasting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Sales, or related field.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota in enterprise healthcare sales.
Experience selling to health systems, hospitals, payers, or executive level.
Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare IT ecosystems.
Able to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals independently.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet/exceed quota in healthcare.
Build relationships with healthcare executives and stakeholders to expand pipeline.
Forecast accurately and refine account strategies for efficiency and results.
Collaborate with sales engineers to tailor software demonstrations for healthcare use cases.
Record opportunities, commitments and conversations in the CRM for data integrity.
Assess RFP viability and lead negotiations to close on time and forecast.
