Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks an Account Coordinator to support the Account Management team and manage end-to-end hiring with contracted suppliers. You’ll coordinate submissions, evaluate qualifications, and maintain client relationships with a strong focus on accuracy and communication.

In this role, you’ll partner with suppliers, AMs, and clients to drive timely hiring, generate reports, and ensure compliance. A high school diploma and 2–5 years supporting recruiting or related workflows are typical

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2–5 years in recruiting, staffing, account management, or related fast-paced environments.
• Experience coordinating hiring, candidate submissions, supplier relationships, or admin workflows is beneficial.
• Ability to use technology and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity while following company policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for contracted suppliers and ensure clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Review candidate submissions, assess qualifications, and coordinate next steps with stakeholders.
• Manage full lifecycle of hiring activities including reviewing files, submitting files, and extending offers.
• Build relationships with suppliers, Account Managers, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Shift between tasks and priorities to support strategic and operational needs.
• Coordinate meetings, track progress, and ensure timely execution of hiring activities.
• Prepare reports, maintain databases, and support administrative functions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with department policies and client expectations.
