Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare administration, benefits administration, or a related role.
• Experience supporting members, employer groups, or HR teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and reporting data.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member, employer group, and HR inquiries regarding benefits, enrollment, eligibility, and accounts.
• Process enrollment and eligibility files and maintain accurate account data.
• Support onboarding, reporting, and coordination tasks for Account Managers.
