Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience as listed.
• 0–2 years in account coordination, project management, or sales support.
• Experience in healthcare design, commercial furniture, interiors or related fields preferred.
• Familiar with healthcare regulations, infection control, or hospital specs a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for healthcare clients.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and design teams with healthcare project proposals and specifications.
• Gather warranty data, ensure compliance with healthcare standards and client specs.
• Set up project folders, CORE numbers, and client data sheets for healthcare projects.
• Obtain installation quotes from drawings and BOMs, 2–5 days depending on scope.
• Coordinate vendor communication and document control across multiple projects.
• Prepare budgets, track milestones, and update status reports for clients.
• Schedule kickoff meetings and hand off completed orders to PMs.
• Assist in invoicing and ensuring on-time project close-out.
