Job summary

Debner & Company is seeking a Healthcare Account Coordinator to supportSales and Design teams through proposal development, budgeting, and final installation coordination in healthcare environments.

You will manage orders, track milestones, prepare accurate documentation, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards while delivering superior service to clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in account coordination, project management, client services, or sales support.
• Experience in healthcare design, commercial furniture, interiors, architecture, or workplace solutions preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, infection control, or hospital project specifications beneficial.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/order entry systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Design teams through the healthcare project lifecycle from proposal to installation.
• Prepare client-ready proposals, bids, and healthcare-specific specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors, Project Management, and Installation teams to ensure timelines and accuracy.
• Enter and track orders, update CORE data, and maintain documentation and budgets.
