This role supports the Sales and Design teams from proposal development through final installation, thriving on problem-solving and navigating healthcare requirements to deliver patient and staff solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
Experience in account coordination, project management, or sales support preferred.
Familiarity with healthcare design, furniture, or hospital projects advantageous.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Deliver client-focused communication tailored to healthcare accounts.
Prepare client-ready proposals, bids, and healthcare specifications.
Set up project folders, CORE numbers, and data sheets with product details.
Obtain installation quotes from drawings and BOMs within project scope.
Coordinate internal workflow across Sales, Design, PM, and AC for timely project delivery.
Track orders, update status, and ensure invoicing and documentation accuracy.
