Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Business Services Consultant – Enterprise Access to enhance patient access, scheduling, and practice performance across medical groups. You will partner with clinical and operational leaders, using data to identify improvement opportunities and drive execution.

Ideal candidates have Ambulatory Patient Access experience, strong analytics, and proven ability to present insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Ambulatory Patient Access experience.
• Experience with Epic EMR and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into operational insights.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the Medical Group, clinic operations, and market leadership to ensure adherence to system access policies.
• Present access and performance insights to regional executive leadership during MOR.
• Support the implementation of Rapid Access Deployment (RAD) to expand timely appointment availability and reduce patient wait times.
• Partner with stakeholder teams to implement, monitor, and report on key access metrics.
• Travel throughout assigned market(s) to attend meetings.
• Align responsibilities with the organization’s mission, vision, and goals.
