Job summary

You will coordinate projects, mentor staff, develop metrics, and report progress to stakeholders, while staying current with JCAHO/CMS standards and industry best practices.

Certification in CPHQ or CPPS preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• 4 years of professional experience in quality, patient safety, or a similar role.
• CPHQ or CPPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an internal consultant for quality and patient safety projects.
• Coordinate and manage quality improvement initiatives and meetings.
• Coach and mentor teams on regulatory issues and care quality.
• Develop indicators, monitor care quality, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify best practices and implement corrective actions as needed.
