Job summary

Cherry Creek Careers is seeking an Instructional Health and Wellness Specialist to support work-based learning activities, classroom instruction, and health science labs. The role involves managing student forms, organizing materials, and assisting with pathway events to promote student skill development.

You will work with instructional staff to prepare resources, administer assessments, and maintain lab readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Equivalency diploma is required.
• A health science license or certificate is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certified (AHA) are required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate documentation and logistics for work-based learning activities.
• Provide one-on-one and small group instructional support to reinforce learning.
• Prepare materials and set up learning environments; administer make-up assessments.
• Manage Health and Wellness lab spaces, inventories, and equipment readiness.
• Coordinate with instructional staff for pathway events such as CTSO meetings and ceremonies.
• Assist with budgeting and purchasing for pathway resources.
• Coordinate across staff to ensure smooth transitions between classes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
