You will enter patient data, maintain medical records, and assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and related documents in EPIC.

• Answer calls promptly with courtesy and confidentiality.
• Maintain census logs and ensure timely admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Prepare charts and retrieve medical records as needed.
